Boney Kapoor remembers Sridevi on their wedding anniversary: My soulmate lives within me forever
Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018 in Dubai. Yesterday, on their wedding anniversary, Boney Kapoor shared a video of Sridevi from the wedding in Ras Al Khaimah.
Veteran actor Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018 in Dubai. The actor was in the UAE with her family to attend the wedding of Mohit Marwah and Antra Motiwala. Sridevi had stayed back to shop for daughter Janhvi for her debut film, Dhadak. She accidentally drowned in her hotel bath-tub. Her loss has saddened her fans and her family, who are yet to come to terms with her demise.
Yesterday, on their wedding anniversary, Boney Kapoor shared a video of Sridevi from the wedding in Ras Al Khaimah. He posted, “Today would have been our 22nd wedding anniversary. Jaan... My wife, my soulmate, the epitome of love, grace , warmth and laughter lives within me forever..”
The video sees Sridevi having a gala time with family members at the wedding, days before her unfortunate demise. It ends with the message, “You were more than a legend, your vacuum will always be felt. “
Janhvi Kapoor also shared a lovely photo of Boney Kapoor giving Sridevi a peck, on their anniversary yesterday on her social media account.
As per reports, Boney Kapoor is planning to make a film or a documentary on the late actor’s life. He has asked writers to start working on the script. He has also registered titles like Sri, Sridevi, Sri Ma’am, among others.
Sridevi was recently honored at the Cannes Film Festival and received the National Award for Best Actress posthumously for her performance in the film Mom. Boney Kapoor and daughters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor collected it.
