Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha had a successful 2018. Nushrat Bharucha's film Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety which also starred Kartik Aaryan and Sunny Singh had released this year. Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety was a super hit at the box office. The film made the audience LOL with its story and humour element. On the other hand, Ayushmann Khurrana is being termed as the MAN of the YEAR; all thanks to his superlative performances in the films Andhadhun and Badhaai Ho.
Now, both the talented actors will be working together in Ekta Kapoor's next which is a romantic comedy. While Ekta and Nushrat have worked together, this will be Ayushmann's first film with her. As reported by Hindustan Times, Nushrat confirmed the news and said, "After working with Ekta in the past, this is a homecoming of sorts for me. I am excited to work with Ayushmann for this comedy entertainer. Interestingly, this year has been favourable for strong content-driven films; and this film will, hopefully, continue this tide."
This romantic comedy will go on floors in the first week of December.
Apart from Ayushmann Khurrana, Nushrat Bharucha will also be working with her Love, Sex Aur Dhoka co-star Rajkummar Rao. The duo will be seen in Hansal Mehta's Turram Khan. Rajkummar has already commenced the shooting of the film in Gurgaon last week.
