Avengers Endgame: Cobie Smulders dodges SPOILERS like a pro, confirms starring in Spider Man: Far From Home
Cobie Smulders showcased perfectly on how one dodges spoilers when you are a part of big-ticket movies like Avengers: Endgame. However, the actress did confirm that she was starring in Spider-Man: Far From Home.
When it comes to the cast of MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), they are bound to be tight-lipped about the movies they star in. In many interviews, it has been revealed that Marvel Studios is very finicky when it comes to revealing spoilers and when some ask the actors for it, they feel as if they would be metaphorically 'shot'! However, there are exceptions like Mark Ruffalo and Tom Holland, who love giving out spoilers. Ruffalo in paticular had accidentally revealed the climax of Avengers: Infinity War, during an interview.
However, Mark and Holland can get some tips on how to keep mum about spoilers, courtesy of Cobie Smulders. The How I Met Your Mother actress recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Jimmy was quick to shift gear and badgered Cobie to get some spoilers out of her for Avengers: Endgame. We all know that Smulder's character Maria Hill was amongst the victims of Thanos' deadly snap, which wiped out half the universe. Meanwhile, recent set photos from Spider-Man: Far From Home revealed that Cobie also shot for the film. The actress confirmed that she was indeed a part of the movie but was quick to add, "I can't tell you what's happening in it, but yeah."
Avengers: Endgame is all set to hit the theatres on April 26, 2019, and Spider-Man: Far From Home is slated to release on July 5, 2019.
