Mixtape Episode 14: Kanika Kapoor-Guru Randhawa's Ambarsariya-Suit Suit mashup is a perfect start to a Monday

The new episode of T-Series' Mixtape is out today and it is sure to make you smile on a Monday. The song, a mashup of Ambarsariya and Suit Suit, crooned by the gorgeous Kanika Kapoor and the handsome Guru Randhawa makes for a good hear and has already made its way in our playlist.
Composed by Abhijit Vaghani, the song has a Punjabi tadka to it that will make you groove instantly. The chartbuster mashup features a combination of dhol, guitar and Tumbi giving it the perfect blend of Punjabi and western music.
Sharing her experience of singing for Mixtape, a unique concept started by T-Series, Kanika commented, "I share a close relationship with T-Series, who approached me with this concept. There is so much music being made nowadays, and they have picked a few popular songs and refreshed them by giving them a new voice. The collaboration of female and male artists singing together is very cool. It’s a very nice concept and is doing well. T-Series always does well and I am happy to be a part of this project."
Punjabi sensation Guru Randhawa added, "It's a great concept by T-Series and I'm glad they invited me for this episode. Big thanks to them for giving regional artist such a big national stage. During the shoot, it was such a lively environment with such talented artists & musicians around. I feel recreations are a big task, Abhijit Vaghani has done it very smoothly. I hope my fans love this version as much they have loved my original version."
