Mubarakan: Check out the BTS video of Arjun Kapoor and Ileana D'Cruz's Jatt Jaguar
Mubarakan's filmmakers release the making of the song, Jatt Jaguar.
Mubarakan is a story of a crazy family and the confusions that prevail in it because of the twins, Karan and Charan, both essayed by Arjun Kapoor and their uncle, Kartar Singh aka Anil Kapoor. The film also features Athiya Shetty and Ilean D'Cruz in the lead roles.
Just a while back, the filmmakers released the track, Jatt Jaguar and well, the song was one of the peppy numbers but with a twist. Featuring Arjun Kapoor in his dual role- Charan and Karan Singh, the song captures the flamboyance and the Punjabi swag aptly. We also see arjun trying to woo Ileana D'Cruz in his own way in the song.
Now, the filmmakers have shared with the fans what has got into the making of the song. In the BTS video, director Anees Bazmee while talking about the song said, "The film Mubarakan has one more beautiful song, Jatt Jaguar. This song defines who is Karan and who is Charan. The song has been picturized beautifully by Ahmed Khan and there are some song which only Ahmed can pull off and no else can."
Arjun shared his experience of working Ahmed Khan and is pretty elated out. Kapoor said, "He has worked with so many actors in a lot of films. It took me eight film and this is my ninth to finally work with Ahmed sir. My excitement of the song was the alaap in the beginning and it sucks you in."
Ileana also shares her bit and said, "It was crazy and chaotic in London. We very coolly walked in and just shot with any permits with just a bunch of dancers and it was hilarious."
