Watch: Jacqueline Fernandez's acrobatic skills will stun you

Jacqueline Fernandez has been giving us body goals since the start of her career. The actress always manages to keep in shape despite having such a hectic schedule and never misses out on her workout. 

Today, Jacqueline shared a video that is sure to give you the much-needed inspiration to workout. In the video shared on Instagram while sporting a black sports bra and blue leggings, Jacqueline is seen performing some acrobatics that will surely stun you.

 

So it's the end of my 7 day juice cleanse!! I did the master cleanse for 3 days and the fibre cleanse for the remaining 4 days (2 soups included) I obviously had cravings and felt super hungry at times (missed coffee a lot) but realised that we have a lot more will power than we know! It's an amazing way to reconnect with your inner voice! I had so much energy today I've been wanting to do a shoutout to an amazing inspiration of mine @yellabella for her amazing work in yoga anywhere anytime (ignore my goof ups)!! @rawpressery thanks for the juices!

Meanwhile, Jacqueline will next be seen in A Gentleman which also stars Sidharth Malhotra. The trailer of the movie recently came out and fans have been living the lead pair's too hot to handle chemistry. Directed by Krishna DK and Raj Nidimoru, A Gentleman is slated to release on August 25, 2017. 

Jacqueline will also be seen in Judwaa 2 which stars Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu. Directed by David Dhawan, Judwaa 2 is slated to release on September 29, 2017.
