Jab Harry Met Sejal is written and directed by Imtiaz Ali. It features Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles and marks the third collaboration between Shah Rukh and Anushka after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.
The film is scheduled to release on 4 August.
Director Imtiaz was all praises for SRK. During a recent event he said, "It was the greatest experience to work with Shah Rukh. He is the most gracious, funny and passionate person, filmmaker and friend that anyone can ask for. It's his kindness that the film has turned out well. I am very happy that after such a long time, I got the chance to work with Shah Rukh. I hope I have been able to justify the huge talent the man (SRK) is."
About being compared with legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra by Shah Rukh, Imtiaz said: "To be compared with Yash Chopra is a matter of unbelievable pride and also a matter of embarrassment and humiliation, because in my eyes, I stand nowhere in comparison with him."
