Ranveer Singh on trimming his beard: Didn't feel the same way that Deepika Padukone felt while cutting it

Ranveer Singh's well groomed and dense beard for his upcoming film, Padmavati, did make one of the style statements. The first time we got a hint about his Padmavati look was when he appeared at the Umang Mumbai Police Show 2017, in traditional Mughal attire, sporting a pointed mustache and full beard, with kohl in his eyes.

Now, he has trimmed his beard and will now shoot for the younger version of Alauddin Khilji. But, what caught our attention the most was that this time he did it by himself and rumoured girlfriend Deepika Padukone wasn't around. While chopping off his whiskers, he said, "I don't feel the same way that Deepika felt while cutting my beard, she was like yay but I feel like that it's like my body part."

Ranveer is indeed funny!

Remember how post-Bajirao Mastani, Deepika just took a pair of scissors and cut his whiskers off. Ranveer's face was filled with apprehension and Deepika seemed happier than ever before. The two have been growing strong ever since they have started dating each other.

Though the two stars have never admitted to their romantic affair openly, their relationship status is no secret. Time and again, the two stars give us a glimpse into their real-life chemistry and it is truly adorable.
