Aishwarya Rai Bachchan just reached Cannes with her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. We saw the mother and daughter duo leave the Mumbai airport yesterday. We also saw the warm welcome they received at Cannes. However, it seems that the two lovely Bachchan girls are not in the mood to rest. Seen here are Aishwarya and Aaradhya all set to explore the French Riviera.
Apart from making waves at the Cannes red carpet, Aishwarya has always made it a point to show Aaradhya around. From carousel horse rides to park visits, Aishwarya and Aaradhya have done it all, over the years. Ever since Aaradhya was born, she has accompanied her star mother to the Cannes film festival.
Aishwarya will walk the red carpet on behalf of her international cosmetic brand, on May 19th and the 20th. The ex Miss World will also present her 2002 movie Devdas during an open air screening of popular movies by many ambassadors of the brand.
Deepika Padukone has already walked the red carpet for the second time this season, today. The dimpled beauty debuted for her brand at the Cannes red carpet this year. She will be followed by Sonam Kapoor, who will walk the red carpet the next two days.
The 70th edition of the Cannes Film Festival kick-started on May 17 and will end on May 28.
