For the Cannes 2017 film festival, Deepika Padukone today joined the likes of Julianne Moore, Susan Sarandon and Elle Fanning for the first red carpet walk of the season. The world beauties are here in collaboration with the international cosmetic brand, which is celebrating 20 years of partnering with the prestigious Film Festival. The brand's iconic ambassadors therefore will be seen joining in the festivities on the French Riviera for the next 10 days.
This will be Deepika's first year representing the brand as an ambassador at Cannes. They had announced, "We're happy to announce that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor will be representing us and India at the Cannes Film Festival this year."
The Cannes Film Festival commenced today and will conclude on May 28.

Earlier in the day, Deepika chose two pretty dresses for her Cannes 2017 media interviews, and both of those looks got her a thumbs up from fashion police all over.
Deepika's Bollywood colleague Sonam Kapoor had earlier commented about Deepika's debut saying, ""I hope she has a good time. I don't think I should be giving any advice to someone who has already walked several international red carpets."
