In pics: Ranbir Kapoor arrives amid much fanfare at Dutt biopic presscon in Bhopal

Ranbir Kapoor is currently shooting for the highly anticipated Sanjay Dutt biopic in Bhopal. Taking a break from the shoot, the actor along with producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and director Rajkumar Hirani today hosted a presscon in the city and here are some pictures and videos from the press meet.

Spotted in a round neck sweatshirt and trousers, Ranbir was seen donning a cap and needless to say his uncanny resemblance to Sanjay even during the press conference was indeed striking.

The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil star arrived amid much fanfare at the venue and was welcomed by fans jestingly, with the entire room echoing with his name.

The 34-year-old actor along with his producer and filmmaker addressed several questions about the film, which will hit the cinemas this year.

Speaking to the media Hirani also opened up on the flick’s name. On being asked what will be the name of the biopic, the PK helmer cleared that they haven’t yet zeroed on any name.

He also revealed that he had, in fact, opened a contest in his office for whoever gives an apt name to the film would be rewarded the latest version of iPhone.

Ranbir has been shooting at Bhopal’s Central Jail during the first schedule of the film.

Meanwhile, Anushka who would be playing a pivotal role in the biopic has also shot for some sequences in the city.

In addition to the duo, Dia Mirza, Sonam Kapoor and the latest entrant Manisha Koirala would also be a part of the film.

Apart from Dutt biopic, Ranbir is also prepping up for Ayan Mukerji’s superhero film Dragon alongside Alia Bhatt.
