Naam Shabana Trailer: Taapsee Pannu, Akshay Kumar & Manoj Bajpayee make it a roller-coaster ride of action and emotion!
The Naam Shabana trailer starring Taapsee Pannu in the lead is out. The film also stars Manoj Bajpayee, Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar, Danny Denzongpa, Prithviraj Sukumaran and is helmed by Baby director Neeraj Pandey.
The filmmakers have finally released the trailer of Naam Shabana. The trailer opens up with Manoj Bajpayee's voice who makes sure that he's tracking every move of Shabana aka Taapsee Pannu.
The film traces the journey of middle-class girl Shabana who loses her special one and how she lands being a part of a special agency. Taapsee, through her brilliant performance, packs a punch in the trailer and grabs your attention with her action sequences.
After Baby, you would again witness the strong connection between Anupam Kher and Akshay Kumar in Naam Shabana's trailer. Not-to-miss the praiseworthy performances by Danny Denzongpa and Prithviraj Sukumaran who plays the baddie in the film.
Talking about the trailer, director Neeraj Pandey said, "Let me put it that way - it's (Naam Shabana) a spin-off and that one scene in Baby made an impact on the audience and that's how we came about making a film on the character Shabana."
Adding to this, Taapsee said, "I might be the face of the film but nothing would have been possible if Neeraj wouldn't have got actors like Akshay, Anupam, Danny and Prithviraj on board. I'm glad that a star like Akshay is backing the film."
The film is all set to hit the screens on March 31, 2017.
