Ithaca Trailer: Tom-Meg Reunite on the Big Screen After 18 Years
In a development that is bound to leave several movie buffs nostalgic, the much-loved pair of Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks has reunited on the big screen yet again, after a gap of nearly 18 years. The two have previously worked in films like You've Got Mail.
The trailer of their latest film Ithaca has been released. And it is quite gripping. In the clip, the veteran actors can be seen sharing a sensitive moment. Interestingly, Tom will be seen playing the role of Meg’s hubby in this one. However, it must be mentioned that he has a cameo and not a full-fledged role.
On a related note, Ithaca has been directed by Meg herself and is touted as a drama. It revolves around a teenager who is determined to become the fastest bicycle telegraph messenger ever. Interestingly, Meg was quite touched by Tom’s decision to be a part of the film and praised him a lot.
