What Rakhi Sawant Has to Say About Her Home Ceiling Fan
Rakhi Sawant is no stranger to making controversial and bold remarks. In fact, after Pratyusha Banerjee committed suicide by hanging herself in her apartment, Rakhi had stated that it was time to ban ceiling fans and thereby protect women. As expected, these remarks created a buzz in the TV industry. Now, she is back in the spotlight again.
During a recent interaction with the media, Rakhi was asked to explain why she was still using a ceiling fan in her house. Replying to the question, she said she was still against ceiling fans. However, there was one at her place as it was her mom’s wish.
“If I had wanted I could have removed the fan. However, my mom opted to put a fan. As such, what could I have done? I can fight the whole world but I can’t fight with my mom,” she said.
