RGV’s Veerappan Motion Poster is out & it looks Promising!
And here it is! Director Ram Gopal Varma recently unveiled the first look of his upcoming flick, Veerappan. And npw, the first motion poster of the film is out. The film’s tagline packs a punch, as it states, “It took 10 years to kill Osama Bin Laden.. It took 20 years to kill Veerappan..”
Interestingly, RGV’s film will have a box-office clash with Anurag Kashyap's Raman Raghav. It’s a known fact in the industry that RGV-Anurag are not the bestest of friends, hence the Varma tweeted, “Intrstngly, my VEERAPPAN is releasing on May 27, Same day as AnuragKashyap's RamanRaghav...May the better villain win!".
For the ones who don’t know, Varma made his debut as a director in Kannada with Shivarajkumar's "Killing Veerappan," which is about the police officer who masterminded Operation Cocoon to nab the forest brigand. The movie was big money-spinner at the box office. His latest film, Veerappan, will be different from it and will be an attempt to introduce the character to the Hindi audience.
