Azhar Trailer: Emraan's Latest Promises to be a Captivating and Dramatic Biopic
The official trailer of Emraan Hashmi’s latest big screen outing Azhar has finally been released. And it has managed to create quite a buzz amongst fans and critics alike courtesy the actor’s brand new avatar. Moreover, it is also bound to attract plenty of attention from cricket lovers as well as the captivating video features a heavy dose of cricketing action and also touches upon some famous rivalries.
For the uninitiated, Azhar is based on the life of former Indian cricketer Mohd Azharuddin. And judging by the trailer, the film will touch upon his cricketing exploits as well as his much talked about personal life.
Besides Emraan, the movie also features Prachi Desai, Nargis Fakhri and Gautam Gulati in the lead. It has been directed by Tony D Souza and will hit screens this May.
Interestingly, Emraan is going through a rough patch on the professional front at present. Some of his previous outings have underperformed at the ticket window. As such, it will be worth watching whether Azhar is able to help the star get his career back on track.
