Wohoa! David Hasselhoff Joins the Baywatch Cast; The Rock Welcomes ‘Gangsta’ In Style
It couldn’t get bigger and better than this news – David Hasselhoff, better known as ‘The Hoff’ will be joining the cast of the film Baywatch!For the ones who are not aware, David had essayed the role of LA County Lifeguard Mitch Buchannon in the TV series Baywatch. Hasselhoff also produced Baywatch from the 1990s until 2001, when the series ended with Baywatch Hawaii.
The film, Baywatch stars Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Zac Efron and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles. The Rock took to Instagram today and shared the news about David, in style and how! He posted a video message with ‘The Holf’ and wrote: “ "I WAS BORN READY!" Pleasure to officially welcome the original #BAYWATCH gangsta himself David Hasselhoff to our movie! #BAYWATCH is the most successful TV show of all time and from the day we announced we were turning it into a movie, "The Hoff" has been our greatest supporter.
