This beautifully captured video will give a glimpse of all the ‘Shaandaar’ locations where the Vikas Bahl film has been shot. While you get to see one castle in the film, the unit actually shot in actually six different castles in Yorkshire area.
The exterior of the castle is based on Carlton Towers, North Yorkshire. But there were many more castles were the interiors were shot. Amazing, isn’t it?
The film has also been shot in Broughton Hall in North Yorkshire, Eddsfield Airfield in East Yorkshire, Low Force Waterfall in County Durham, Goathland Station in North Yorkshire, Saltburn Beach (The beach where Alia gave her bikini shot), and many such beautiful and grand locations.
‘Shaandaar’ is a romantic comedy film, directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Karan Johar and Phantom Films. The film stars Alia Bhatt, Shahid Kapoor, Pankaj Kapur and Sanah Kapoor.
