There was no kissing scene in Hero: Salman on chopping off the kissing scene
Salman, besides donning Producers’ hat had also edited Hero starring Athiya Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi. There was news that Salman had chopped thirty minutes of the film that included a kissing scene too.
When at Hero Music Concert Salman was asked by a journalist about it. He casually said, “There was no kissing scene in the film. We wanted to put one but they refused (laughs).”
He further added, “They will be like, ‘You haven’t done it. Why haven’t you done it?’ Now I haven't done a kissing scene, so how can I ask them to do it. And I don't think he (Nikhil) is also interested. I don't think they (Sooraj-Athiya) are also interested. I don't think anyone is interested. I don't think even you are interested.”
With his Salmanism he trolled the reporter who asked the question, “Why do you want to see someone else kiss. You should kiss yourself.”
Releasing this Friday, it is the remake of Subhash Ghai’s hit film of the same name.
