Check out the trailer of the epic graphic web series based on Bajirao Mastani – the Blazing Bajirao! The graphic web series is an eight part video series and is a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani's promotion campaign. It will be available online next month.
‘Blazing Bajirao’ is a true story of a true hero which features graphical versions of Ranveer Singh as the Peshwa ruler – Bajirao, Priyanka Chopra as Bajirao’s first wife – Kashibai and Deepika Padukone as Mastani. And you will totally love the animated versions of your favourite actors in this trailer. A report by Hindustan Times quoted Vaibhav Vishal, chief creative officer saying that the animated film has two purposes — one, to “educate the audience about Baji Rao and the socio-political cultural history of that era”, and second, to “make Baji Rao the hero that he must be for our young viewers”. “We want them to know how cool he was, and how amazingly he led his life,” said Vaubhav to the daily.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’ releases on December 18.
