True Beauty's writer Lee Si Eun REVEALS her favourite scene & it is connected to Cha Eun Woo and Moon Ga Young

True Beauty may have officially ended, but it has certainly left an indelible mark on fans' hearts across the world. The sweet rom-com dealt with the themes of confidence, self-identity, self-esteem, and true love in a heartwarming and endearing manner. *SPOILERS ALERT* Lim Ju Gyeong (Moon Ga Young) reunites with Lee Suho (Cha Eun Woo) after a brief separation and Han Seo Jun officially makes his debut as a K pop idol and performs to the song which was written and composed by the friends' trio (Lee Suho, Han Seo Jun and Jung Se Yeon).
In an interview with Osen, via Soompi, the screenwriter of the drama True Beauty revealed her favourite scene from the drama. She chose a scene in Episode 11 where Lim Ju Gyeong rushes to see Lee Suho in the hospital which is followed by an emotional hug. Screenwriter Lee Si Eun revealed that ever since they were little, Ju Gyeong was always by Su Ho’s side whenever he was hurt. She continued, "When Ju Gyeong told Su Ho, ‘I came here to give you a hug,’ I choked up even though I already knew all of the lines in the scene.” She revealed that the actors did a thoroughly good job in performing the scene to perfection. She further mentioned that Lee Suho's comforting hug to Lim Ju Gyeong in the comic book store in Episode 13 is also one of the best Suho-Ju Gyeong moments, as it conveys the mutual love and understanding they have for one another despite the hardships and difficult times they face together.
Screenwriter Lee Si Eun revealed that she adapted the drama's story in her way and Ms Yaongyi, the author of the webtoon was supportive of the adaptation, which allowed her to write the drama's ending freely.
