THROWBACK: BTS' V revealed the touching present he received from a fellow group member that made him cry
We are looking back at BTS' Festa celebrations of June 2018, when Taehyung revealed a sweet present he received from a fellow BTS member that made him cry tears of joy. Read on to find out.
BTS Festa isn't just a tradition, it is a celebration. A celebration that reminds the world of how BTS members fought tooth and nail, against all odds to emerge as the biggest band in the world right now. For the uninitiated, BTS Festa is an anniversary party or celebration where BTS members enjoy food, drinks and fun activities amongst themselves. They sit together and reminisce their old days together. On BTS' fifth anniversary aka BTS Festa 2018, Taehyung revealed the touching present he received from a fellow BTS member and how that made him sentimental.
Taehyung shared that he recently received something special from a fellow group member, that rendered him speechless. Suga proceeded to yell, 'Hajima' which in Korean means to Stop it! Jin and Rm encouraged Taehyung to spill the tea and Taehyung cutely revealed that it was Suga Hyung (Hyung means older brother in Korean). Taehyung further revealed that Suga wrote him a touching letter, wherein in the end he told him that he loves him. At this point, the rest of the BTS members began clapping and laughing loudly, as Suga turned red in embarrassment! Jungkook further dropped the bomb by saying, he too has received a similar note from Suga. The rest of the BTS members had a field day laughing at Suga's expense.
The next year in 2019, BTS released Map Of The Soul: Persona, their sixth extended play. They collaborated with American singer Halsey on the lead track, Boy With Luv. They also collaborated with Ed Sheeran and Lauv on the track, Make It Right. BTS also made their debut appearance as presenters on the Grammy awards. BTS also headlined the iconic Wembley Stadium, playing at two sold-out concerts on June 1 and 2.
