Teasers drop for Jessi's upcoming comeback where she asks the cast of Running Man, to describe what type of X she is.

Teasers out for Jessi's upcoming comeback; Running Man cast chime in on the question, what type of X is Jessi

It has been a rather busy year for Jessi, who led the challenge craze with "Nunu Nana" which was released in July 2020 and peaked at #2 on Korean music charts. Teasers have finally been dropped for the K-Hip Hop Queen's upcoming digital single "What Type of X".

On March 9, the social media accounts of Jessi and P Nation released three pictures that gave "Snow White" vibes. The first one was a dark image of four figures in black with their backs towards the camera and sporting horse-head masks. The second image was a bitten apple while the third one was a very majestic looking, ornate mirror or might also be a window.

The next day, March 10, the title of the song was released, accompanied by three pictures. These pictures beautifully capture the fashion sense, confidence and extraordinary charisma of Jessi.

Following these, Jessi released another three-picture teaser, via her social media, captioned with the title and a butterfly emoticon. One of these pictures showed Jessi on her knees and her shadow forming the shape of a butterfly.

Simultaneously P Nation released three video clips featuring Running Man cast members Kim Jong Kook, Song Ji Hyo and Jee Seok Jin who take turns answering Jessi's question, "What type of person am I?" Song Ji Hyo does say something in place of X but it was very tactfully beeped out and lip-reading has not been very helpful in determining the word as of now.

For now, all we can do is wait for P Nation's second comeback artist, the bold and beautiful, Jessi's new single that will be released on March 17 at 6 pm KST and any teasers that are released between now and then.
