Start Up: Suzy and Nam Joo Hyuk gush about their 'good chemistry' while revealing how it is to work together

We're just a few days away from the premiere of the highly anticipated series, Start-Up. The tvN drama, which stars Suzy, Nam Joo-hyuk, Kim Seon-ho and Kang Han-na, is based on the world of startup companies while the setting is South Korea's fictional Silicon Valley named Sandbox. We will see Suzy play Seo Dal-mi, who dreams of becoming Korea's Steve Jobs while Nam Joo-hyuk will portray Nam Do-san, who is the founder of Samsan Tech.

During the online press conference for Start-Up, Suzy and Joo-hyuk spoke candidly about what it was like to work with each other. According to Xports News via Soompi, Joo-hyuk shared, "While working with an actress my age, my anticipation rose as I thought that there was a certain charm we could convey at our current age. The chemistry we have is good too." On the other hand, Suzy gushed that when the pair were on set together, the energy was really good as she felt their synergy was rising. Even though she's said that the Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo star is exactly like his Start-Up character, the actor was also immersed while acting, according to the Uncontrollably Fond star. Suzy found her co-star so "bright and pretty" that she thought she wanted to support him.

Start-Up director Oh Choong-hwan added, "I want to praise myself for casting Suzy and Nam Joo-hyuk. They’re so pretty. These two pretty people really shine. Even if it’s not a special scene, there are so many beautiful scenes and I also found myself become a viewer rooting for their growth."
