December 13 also marks the day when south actor Venkatesh Daggubati celebrates his birthday. Now, as per the latest reports, the south siren Raashi Khanna has said during an interview that she was very excited to work with Naga Chaitanya. The Sanga Thamizhan actress Raashi Khanna has said that she was looking forward to work with Naga Chaitanya in a love story. Previously, Raashi Khanna worked along with Naga Chaitanya in the film titled Manam.
But, the Prathi Roju Panduge actress further added that the shoot was for only one day. The actress who also acted in the Bollywood flick Madras Cafe starring John Abraham said that she was busy shoot for her film Ayogya in Pondicherry when suddenly Suresh Babu called her manager, about the role in Venky Mama. Raashi Khanna adds that Suresh Babu was keen on cast her in the film with Naga Chaitanya and Venkatesh Daggubati in the lead. The south diva further reveals that her character in the film Venky Mama will be prominent in the first half of the film.
Raashi Khanna goes on to add that both the lead actors Naga Chaitanya and Venkatesh Daggubati are true gentlemen and that they were very down to earth throughout the film. The actress says that the film Venky Mama has a lot of situational comedy woven into its story line and that her character named Harika gets into an awkward situation in the film.
