Thalapathy Vijay’s Bigil becomes the most expensive film of his career?

Vijay's upcoming Tamil movie Thalapathy 63, directed by Atlee, is one of the much-awaited films of the year. Titled Bigil, the first look was unveiled recently and fans are eagerly looking forward to this one film. The first look of Vijay starrer has only set high expectations. Vijay is one of the top actors in Kollywood who has given hit after hit in the last few years. With every film, the actor has set high standards. Even before the release of Bigil, Vijay has reportedly set a benchmark. The film is being shot on a massive budget of around Rs 140 crore and is said to be the most expensive film of Vijay’s career.

In fact, the buzz is the budget will beat that of Endhiran and SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali. However, there has been no official word regarding the same. The Atlee directorial is expected to set a new benchmark even before its release. As earlier we reported, Bigil is expected to cross Rs 220-crore mark in its pre-release business and the makers have sold the overseas rights of the film for a whopping amount. Bigil also stars Kathir, Yogi Babu, Vivek, Daniel Balaji and Anandraj among others. The music of the film has been composed by A R Rahman. Reportedly, Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan will be seen playing a cameo in the film.

According to our source, the ultimate Baadshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in a 15 minutes role as a villain. SRK’s role will be the turning point in the climax of the film. SRK will soon be shooting for a fighting scene with Vijay.
