Rumours regarding Charmme Kaur’s career plans had been doing the rounds since a while. The actress has finally opened up about the same, giving a big shock to her fans. One of the few actresses who have gained a lot of popularity in Tollywood, Charmme has decided to quit acting to concentrate on producing films. The actress has been away from the limelight since a few years and was last seen in the 2015 action thriller 10 Enradhukulla.

Charmme Kaur made her acting debut in 2002 with Nee Thodu Kavali opposite actor Arjan Bajwa. She was just 15 years old and played the character of a housewife. Apart from Telugu, the actress has also appeared in Kannada and Hindi films. However, she is majorly known for her contribution in Malayalam and Tamil films. When she became popular in Tollywood, Charmme also worked with big stars like Nagarjuna and Prabhas.

The actress is currently busy co-producing iSmart Shankar starring Ram Pothineni and Niddhi Agerwal in lead roles. She is also the co-founder of Puri Connects production house.

After Nee Thodu Kavali, Charmme Kaur made her Tamil debut with Kadhal Azhivathillai and went on to work in films like Kadhal Kisu Kisu and Laadam.
