Siddharth to star in Peranbu director Ram's upcoming film; Details inside

Actor Siddharth is all set to star in Peranbu director Ram's upcoming film. There is a strong buzz in Kollywood that the actor will be joining hands with this well-known director. Ram's last directorial venture had stars like Mammootty, Sadhana and Anjali in the lead. Now, Siddharth is expected to work with the director for the very first time. The actor is looking forward to his film called Aruvam. This film is helmed by first time director Sai Sekhar. The female lead in Aruvam will be played by the stunning actress Catherine Tresa.
Siddharth's film Sivappu Manjal Pachai is slated for a release in August. The film, Sivappu Manjal Pachai features GV Prakash, Lijomol Jose and Kashmira Pardeshi essaying crucial roles. The film is directed by Sasi who is known for his film Pichaikkaran. The actor is surely excited as two of his films are all set for a release. The fans are now waiting to see how the actor has performed in both these highly anticipated films.
As per reports, Siddharth has given a major chunk of his dates for the much-awaited film Indian 2 starring megastar Kamal Haasan. The film is directed by Shankar, who also directed the original film Indian. Kamal Haasan will return in his Senapathy avatar for Indian 2. It is believed that the film will start its shooting from August 19. Siddharth also became the voice for the Tamil version of Disney's animation film The Lion King. The actor was very excited to be a part of this flick which is considered as a classic film.
