Yesterday, Samantha's new movie with Vijay Deverakonda was launched with a formal puja ceremony. As she couldn't attend the event, the Liger actor photoshopped her in an image and called an actual puja photo. Directed by Shiva Nirvana, the film is touted to be a romantic entertainer set in the backdrop of Kashmir.
Meanwhile, Samantha gearing up for the release of Vignesh Shivan's upcoming venture Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal on April 28 alongside Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara. Recently, the glimpse video of the second song titled Dippam Dappam was released on social media. She is currently busy shooting for her upcoming pan-Indian film Yashoda, directed by Hari and Harish. The actress also has Shaakuntalam, which is directed by Gunasekhar for the release. The beauty had wrapped up dubbing a few days ago and an official release date is expected to be announced soon.
She also has Bollywood debut film Citadel with Varun Dhawan and is helmed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK and the Hollywood film Arrangements of Love with John Philip.
