For the launch of her upcoming mythological drama Shaakuntalam, Samantha Akkineni picked silk Organza sari by House Of Three Studio. The classic number features ocean life lace scallop embroidered borders and hand-embroidered 3D fish with shells and sequins details. She paired the saree with, out pearl embroidery blouse. The mesmerising look has been styled by our favourite Preetham Jukalker while the on-point makeup is by Sadhana Singh. She completed her look with hair in a bun and is done by Koduru Amarnath.

The upcoming mythological drama Shaakuntalam is being directed by Gunasekhar and Samantha Akkineni plays the female lead role. "I’ve always wished to play a princess and have been waiting for a film like Shaakuntalam all along. I am super excited to be on-board for this project," Samantha said today at the film's launch ceremony in Hyderabad.
