Saaho: International directors to shoot action scenes in Dubai, Italy for Prabhas & Shraddha starrer
Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho will have two international directors create action sequences in Dubai and Italy. Read on.
Prabhas has won hearts with his spectacular actions scenes. Now, his upcoming film Saaho also had two expert action directors brought on board to shoot its action sequences in Dubai as well as in Italy. Abu Dhabi's action scenes were brought into execution by Pen Zhang. The sequence was set by the makers of the film in a 10-acre artificial desert, where Prabhas had to beat the hell out of 100 international fighters. Another International action director Kenny Bates was brought on board to create the chopper scene.
Talking about the chopper scene being shot in Italy, a source close to the Saaho team said, “It involved helicopter stunts and we had planned to shoot it in India. But it was difficult getting permission, so the team flew to Europe where an Italian military helicopter was sourced. Experts were on the sets throughout the shoot to ensure that safety measures were in place." The chopper scene features both Prabhas and the leading lady Shraddha Kapoor. After watching the duo rocking it in the trailer, Prabhas- Shraddha are ready to nail the chopper scene with perfection.
The movie is being shot in three languages like Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, simultaneously. The movie also features Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Panday, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arun Vijay, Murali Sharma and many others. Produced by UV Creations and directed by Sujeeth, Saaho is scheduled to hit the theatres on August 30, 2019. This is Shraddha's Tamil debut and she will play the role of a cop for the first time.
