Saaho Box Office Collection Day 2: Prabhas' film records another strong day, inches closer to Rs 50 crore mark

The highly-anticipated action film of 2019, Saaho starring Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor opened to mixed reviews by the audience and has received negative reviews by the critics all over. Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho registered a record in terms of its advance ticket sales and has managed to earn excellent in two days of its release. On day one, the Prabhas starrer witnessed a strong start as the film managed to earn Rs 25.25 crore nett approx in the Hindi version. Well, the second day continued to be strong as it mints Rs 24.50 crore nett approx.
Though the film has witnessed a slight drop from its first-day earnings, Saaho has remained strong with Rs 49.75 crore nett approx business in just two days of its release. This is an excellent start for the film despite being hampered by negative reviews. Saaho, which marks Telugu debut of Shraddha Kapoor has witnessed solid growth in Delhi NCR and East Punjab of 10%. A Telugu film witnessing growth in the Northern regions is phenomenal. The first-weekend collection for the Hindi version is expected to touch Rs 70 crore.
Overall including all languages, Saaho has crossed Rs 100 crore mark on the first day itself, which makes it the second film after Bahubali - The Conclusion to achieve this feat.
Saaho released in multiple languages including Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil. The film also stars various Bollywood actors like Mahesh Manjrekar, Jackie Shroff, Chunkey Panday, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Mandira Bedi.
