However, his personal life has also been in the limelight. Rajinikanth and his wife Latha are not only a lovely couple but also set major relationship goals. Their recent picture from the sets of Darbar is doing rounds on social media and it speaks volumes about their unconditional love for each other. One can see in the photo, the superstar dressed as a cop with Latha in the picture as well. What a lovely moment, isn't it?
Rajinikanth met the love of his life for the first time in 1980 when he was busy with the shooting of Tollywood film, Thillu Mullu. Then, Latha had come to interview him. It was love at first sight for Rajinikanth who decided to marry her without any second thought. That moment itself, he put forward his proposal towards her. The couple is blessed with two daughter- first-child Aishwaryaa R Dhanush who was born in 1982 and Soundarya Rajinikanth was born in 1984. Married for 38 years almost, the couple still sets major relationship goals for the younger generation.
