Rajinikanth reveals K Balachander completely changed his life, Says ‘I never thought I will become a hero’
Rajinikanth recently spoke his heart out about struggles and how all the credits for his success goes to his parents. However, there is one person who completely changed his life.
Two legends of Indian Cinema, Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan recently came together for the inaugural ceremony of IFFI (International Film Festival of India) 2019. The two actors have a long association and are very good friends. Recently, during an interview with Doordarshan, the Petta star revealed about getting one amazing advise from megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Calling Big B his good friend, Rajinikanth revealed that he is in constant touch with him.
Rajinikanth said, "One should be busy. When you are above 40, you should be busy. Mr Amitabh Bachchan is my biggest inspiration. He's a very good friend and he advised me to keep myself busy. I'm in constant touch with him. Do what you want to do and don't care about what other people say."
Speaking about ruling the film industry for almost 40 decades, Rajinikanth said, “I enjoy my acting and I won't take it as a burden. That's why I don't have any tensions. Creativity will come to you when you start enjoying your work. Anything that you do, you have to enjoy your work.”
That’s not all, Rajinikanth spoke his heart out about struggles and how all the credits over his success goes to his parents. However, there is one person who completely changed his life. The 2.0 actor said, "K Balachander completely changed my life. I came to Chennai and joined the film institute to become an actor, but I never thought I will become a hero. Even when I was in the film institute I was in the Kannada batch. I didn't even know Tamil back then. Balachander sir noticed me and said, 'You learn Tamil, then you see where I'm taking you.” He had so much confidence in me. He identified and he showed what I am to me.”
