Rajinikanth fans elated on seeing superstar after long time at Dhanush's new abode's Bhoomi Puja; PICS INSIDE
Superstar Rajinikanth along with his wife Latha graced the puja ceremony held today in Chennai.
Dhanush is building a new house at a recently bought property in Chennai. The actor was spotted at the Bhoomi Puja of his news house along with his wife Aishwarya. Also, superstar Rajinikanth along with his wife Latha graced the puja ceremony held today in Chennai. One can see, Rajinikanth is sporting his signature all-white kurta set while Dhanush is seen performing the puja. Fans of the superstar are elated on seeing him fit and back to normal after a long time. Rajinikanth was hospitalized in December after his blood pressure levels were fluctuating.
After getting discharged from the hospital, this is for the first time Rajinikanth has been spotted attending an event. The Petta star also released a statement on joining politics due to health issues. His statement read, “People will have opinions on my decision to not enter politics. But I don't want to make my followers scapegoat for people's opinions. I request my followers and Rajini Makkal Mandram members to forgive me, as they will be disappointed. All the efforts that my followers took in the three years, even during the pandemic will not be wasted. Rajini Makkal Mandram will function as always. I will serve my people without entering politics and stand up for them if any unjust is done”.

On the work front, Rajinikanth is expected to join the sets of Annaatthe soon. After a few crew members on the sets were tested positive, the team decided to halt the shoot. Annaatthe is touted to be a rural drama and it has leading ladies namely Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, Khushbu Sundar and Meena. The film is directed by Siruthai Siva.
