South superstar Rajinikanth is currently on cloud nine as his upcoming movie Darbar is all set to be released into the theatres soon much to the excitement of his fans. The Thalaiva actor also signed his next project with Siruthai director Siva. If media reports are to be believed, the movie has been titled Thalaivar 168. According to the latest reports, the movie will go on floors on December 5, 2019 prior to Rajinikanth’s birthday.
Now there has been a buzz all over the media that post Thalaivar 168, Rajinikanth will be collaborating with director Gautham Menon of Yennai Arindhaal fame for yet another movie. As per certain reports, Gautham Menon has already narrated the script to the superstar and the latter has given a nod for the same. However, no official confirmation has been made by any of the two parties. Now, only time will tell with whom Rajinikanth will actually collaborate for his 169th movie.
Talking about his latest movie Darbar, Rajinikanth has been paired up opposite Nayanthara in this action drama. The movie also stars Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty in a pivotal role. Darbar has been directed by AR Murugadoss and is produced by Allirajah Subaskaran. It is slated to be released on January 10, 2010 on the occasion of Pongal. The motion poster of Darbar has been revealed a few days back which has further made the audiences eager for its release into the theatres. For the unversed.
