Pushpa: Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer to release in theatres on August 13

After the blockbuster success of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Allu Arjun has kickstarted shooting for his upcoming project titled, Pushpa. Being directed by Sukumar, the film stars Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead. This multilingual film has been the talk of the town since its inception and the makers are yet again dropped a big announcement today. Yes, Pushpa is all set to hit big screens on August 13. The makers took to social media and made an official announcement on the same. 

Allu Arjun also shared a rugged and intense look of him from the film and wrote, "#PUSHPA loading in theatres from 13th August 2021. Excited to meet you all in cinemas this year.Hoping to create the same magic one more time with dearest @aryasukku & @ThisIsDSP." Pushpa is based on red sandalwood smuggling. It is said Vijay Sethupathi will be seen as the antagonist. However, the makers are yet to make an official word regarding the same yet. 

Meanwhile, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Allu Arjun, during the release of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, assured that Puspa is going to be one of the best roles ever played. The actor will be seen in never before character on the big screen and there is too much excitement around the same.

Allu Arjun has a project titled Icon with director AR Murugadoss. He has also collaborated with filmmaker Koratala Siva for his 21st film. haring the news, the Telugu star had recently tweeted: “Very much elated to announce my next film AA21 with Koratala Shiva garu. Been looking forward to this for quite a while. My best wishes to Sudhakar garu for his 1st venture. Sandy, Swathi & Nutty this is my way of showing my love for you guys.”
