Tamil superstar Rajinikanth has kick-started shooting of his next much-anticipated film, Darbar. The first schedule of the film began in Mumbai and photos of Rajinikanth from the sets have taken over the social media. Thalaivar was spotted again on the sets of Darbar in Mumbai. Rajinikanth has earned a huge fan following in her career of decades and fans of the superstar didn't want to miss a chance to catch a glimpse of the superstar. The 2.0 star met and greeted his fans who were waiting to catch a glimpse of the streets of Mumbai.
The first look of Darbar was released earlier this month and it created quite a curiosity among the movie buffs. Rajinikanth looks stylish as always in the first look, and surely, it will leave you asking for more. Darbar is directed by AR Murugadoss; the film also stars Nayanthara in the lead role. This film will mark the fourth collaboration of Rajinikanth and Nayanthara after their last three popular films Sivaji, Chandramukhi and Kuselan together.
Santosh Sivan has been roped in as the cinematographer, while Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music for it.
Darbar will hit the theatres on Pongal next year.
