Maharshi starring Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles is one of the much anticipated films of the year. The makers of the film recently wrapped up the last schedule of the shoot in Hyderabad and soon, Mahesh Babu headed for a short trip to Paris with his family. While we wait to know what's in the stores for audiences with Maharshi, the makers of the film have released the fifth song, Paala Pitta which is ruling the social media currently. The lyrical folk number was released today which has been composed by 'Rockstar' Devi Shri Prasad.
Maharshi is Mahesh’s first collaboration with Vamsi Paidipally, and moviegoers are pretty excited to know what this actor-director duo has to offer. Also, Pooja Hegde and Mahesh Babu's sizzling yet refreshing chemistry is what everyone is looking forward. The teaser had received massive response and fans are all set for the film's release on May 9th. Recently, Mahesh Babu took to social media and announced about the film's wrap up along with a cake picture. He wrote, "With this... It's a wrap!!! See you in the cinemas on May 9th."

Maharshi is being produced by Sri Venkateshwara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies and PVP Cinema. The film is superstar Mahesh Babu's 25th film. The major part of the film has been shot in the USA. Maharshi is all set to release on May 9, 2019.
