South stars Oviya and Arav grabbed limelight after their stint in Bigg Boss Tamil Season 1. The two had developed a close bond in the show with rumors of their relationship surfacing soon. Even after the end of the show, the duo was often seen together further sparking the rumors. However neither Oviya nor Arav confirmed about their relationship. But recently, their pictures together have again paved the way for the rumors of the duo dating. Oviya celebrated her birthday recently amidst close family and friends.

Amongst others, her birthday party was also attended by Arav and the Kanchana actress went on to share some pictures with him which has further sparked the rumors of them being in a relationship. The pictures soon started going viral on social media. Oviya’s birthday party was attended by many contestants of Bigg Boss Tamil. Also in attendence was Gayathri Raghuram who was also her co-contestant from the show. Oviya shared the lovely pictures from her birthday celebration and captioned them as, “Special thanks to each and everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday!! it was truly amazing..!!.”

On the workfront, Oviya was last seen in the film Kanchana 3 opposite Raghava Lawrence. The film turned out to be one of the biggest blockbusters of this year. Oviya’s untimely exit from the Bigg Boss Tamil had caused a great uproar amongst the fans as the actress was one of the most popular contestants in the show. The actress also had to share an official statement with her fans declaring that she will not be back on the show. She said, ““I understand the pain when I was cornered by 14 members inside the house and they should not suffer the same. We make mistakes as humans. I am not perfect and nobody is perfect. If we do not commit mistakes we are not humans. People, who commit rapes and murders, are being pardoned by governments. This is a small matter. I appreciate your support, love and encouragement, but I do not like hurting others. In fact, I do not need those fans, who abuse other contestants.”
