Nayanthara’s team clarifies after trolls claimed there was no injection in her vaccination photo

Last night, Vignesh Shivan shared a photo while revealing that he got vaccinated for covid along with Lady Superstar Nayanthara. Hours after the photos surfaced online, trolls started sharing the photo saying that the injection was nowhere to be found in the photo. Though a glimpse of the injection is seen in the photo, trolls claimed that she faked the photo. However, Nayanthara’s team has now issued a statement, where they have revealed that the syringe/injection is very much visible in the photo.

Last night, Vignesh Shivan took to Instagram and shared photos of him and Nayanthara getting their first shot of COVID vaccination. He also urged people to get themselves vaccined. Sharing the photos, he wrote, "Please please get vaccinated...Stay safe , stay indoors...#thistooshallpass #idhuvumKadandhuPogum." In the photos, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan can be seen covering their faces with facemask while taking the vaccine. Well, the lovely couple of the industry is setting an example and urging their fans to take their vaccine dose as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, on the work front, the couple is teaming up for a Kollywood film titled Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. The film also stars Samantha Akkineni as yet another leading lady, while Vijay Sethupathi will be seen as the male lead. The film’s shooting started last month and all the lead actors joined the sets in Hyderabad. Nayanthara also has in her kitty, a rural entertainer titled Annaatthe with Rajinikanth as the male lead. It was announced recently that she will be sharing the screen space with Fahadh Faasil in his upcoming film Pattu directed by Alphonse Putheren.
