Nagarjuna Akkineni & Ram Charan congratulate Amitabh Bachchan on being chosen for the Dadasaheb Phalke Award

South superstars Nagarjuna Akkineni and Ram Charan have congratulated Bollywood's megastar Amitabh Bachchan on being chosen for the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Union minister Prakash Javadekar announced the new on his social media handle that the superstar will be getting the prestigious honour and that he was chosen unanimously. The Dadasaheb Phalke Award which happens to be the top most honour in the field of cinema has now be conferred to the Piku actor. The Union Minister, Prakash Javadekar in his post also mentioned that the megastar Amitabh Bachchan has charmed the film audience with his films and also congratulated him for this honour.

Now, the south stars Nagarjuna Akkineni and Ram Charan also took to their respective social media handles to congratulate the legendary actor on being chosen for the highest film honour. The Soggade Chinni Nayana actor Nagarjuna Akkineni shared a post on his Twitter handle congratulating Bollywood's megastar Amitabh Bachchan on being chosen for the Dadasaheb Phalke. Nagarjuna Akkineni further wrote that the entire country is very proud of him and that he is an inspiration to billions. Ram Charan who produced the film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy starring Chiranjeevi also congratulated the superstar Amitabh Bachchan on being selected for the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.

The megastar Amitabh Bachchan essayed the role of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy's mentor in the film. Ram Charan wrote on his Instagram story that the superstar deserved the honour and he thanked Amitabh Bachchan for being such an impeccable entertainer. Many celebrities and fans took to their social media to congratulate the Shahenshah actor on being chosen for the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
