In a piece of shocking news, Malayalam singer-host Rimi Tomy has decided to end her marriage with husband Royce Kizhakoodan after being together for 11 years. According to media reports, Rimi Tomy has filed for divorce from Royce Kizhakoodan. The couple has decided to end their marriage and filed a joint petition for divorce before the Ernakulam Family Court on April 16.
Rimi Tomy tied the knot with Royce Kizhakoodan on April 27, 2008, in Thrissur. The couple was considered as the most loved pair of the Malayalam film industry and them parting ways has shocked their fans and many from the industry. Though the news has taken social media by storm, neither Rimi nor Royce has reacted to this development yet. Rimi Tomy's Instagram profile is proof that she has always been a happy go lucky person. However, since April 2018, the singer has not shared any photos with husband and it's assumed that there has been a problem between the two for the longest time.
Rimi Tomy entered the film industry as a television anchor. However, she rose to fame with the hit number 'Chinga Maasam Vannu Chernnal' for the movie 'Meesa Madhavan' in 2002.
