Earlier, Mahesh Babu had expressed his love for Hindi films and that he is a huge fan of Aamir Khan’s cinema.
Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan celebrates his 56th birthday today, on March 14 and his close friends from the film industry are sending best wishes on Twitter. Fans and celebs are showering the Dangal actor with lots of love and birthday wishes to celebrate his special day. Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu also penned a short and sweet note for Aamir Khan. He tweeted, "Happy birthday, @aamir_khan! Wishing you a great year of success and happiness."
In 2018, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Mahesh Babu had expressed his love for Hindi films and that he is a huge fan of Aamir Khan’s cinema. "I love watching Hindi films. I’m a huge fan of Aamir Khan’s cinema. I’ve loved every film of his of late, whether it was 3 Idiots, or PK or Dangal, or even Secret Superstar. It’s wonderful that a small film like Secret Superstar did so phenomenally well," Mahesh Babu said during a throwback interview.

On the work front, Aamir Khan will be seen returning to the big screen after a gap of three years in Laal Singh Chaddha, co-starring Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film is directed by Advait Chandan.
Mahesh Babu, on the other hand, recently wrapped up Dubai schedule of his upcoming film, Sarkaru Vaari Paata. Written and directed by Parasuram, the film stars Keerthy Suresh in the female lead role. Sarkaru Vaari Paata is jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus and G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment.
