Maharshi: Mahesh Babu, wife Namrata Shirodkar, Pooja Hegde enjoy at the film's wrap up bash; Watch Video

Mahesh Babu's upcoming film Maharshi is the one of the most anticipated films of the year. The makers of the film recently wrapped up the last schedule in Hyderabad and the celebration was done in a grand way. Director Vamsi Paidipally hosted a grand wrap-up party attended by the entire cast and crew of Maharshi. Present at the celebrations were Mahesh Babu's wife Namrata Shirodkar and their daughter Sitara. Pooja Hegde, the female lead of the film was also a part of the bash. Mahesh Babu took to Twitter and shared a picture of a fruit cake to announce about the film's wrap up. He wrote, "With this... It's a wrap!!! See you in the cinemas on May 9th."

Mahesh Babu will be playing the role of a businessman named Rishi in his upcoming movie Maharshi. The teaser and the first look of the film received an immense response. The film will see Mahesh Babu in three different roles as a millionaire, a student and a common man. The story of Maharshi revolves around three friends played by Mahesh Babu, Allari Naresh and Pooja Hegde. It also has veteran actor Jaya Prada in a pivotal role. The third song, Everest Anchuna will be released tomorrow, April 19. The Tollywood superstar shared the first look of the song and his peppy appearance has left fans excited to know what's in the stores.
