Former couple Hansika Motwani and Simbu will be seen sharing the screen space in the upcoming film, Maha. The ex-flames recently shot for a romantic number in Goa and their stunning on-sets photos grabbed a lot of attention. The film which is being directed by debutant UR Jameel will see Hansika in a female role while STR will be seen in an extended cameo role. Well, now, director U R Jameel has left Hansika and Simbu fans stunned with an announcement about the film's first look. The director has raised eyebrows by calling Simbu and Hansika as 'magical couple'.

UR Jameel tweeted as, "Actor Simbu and actress Hansika fans please calm down soon we'll release the first look of the magical couple -U.R.J. #hansika50 #STR #Simbu @ihansika @GhibranOfficial @EtceteraEntert1 @MathiyalaganV9 @laxmanmfi @AbrahamEditor." This tweet has left fans confused and wondering about them rekindling the relationship. Have Hansika and STR patched up? Well, only time will tell. After the news of them coming together went viral all over social media, Hansika took to her Twitter account and made an official announcement about the same. "Since the buzz is crazy and the news is leaked out way before time. Me and #STR are back in #MAHA," Hansika's tweet read.

Maha also stars Srikanth, Thambi Ramaiah, Karunakaran, Nassar, Jayaprakash and Chaya Singh in pivotal roles.
