Actor-turned-politician Prakash Raj who has never missed a single chance to attack Modi, took to Twitter and said that the election results are a "solid slap on my face". The actor spoke about how despite being trolled and humiliated, he will stand against Modi and BJP.  He tweeted, "Solid slap on my face. As more abuse, trolling and humiliation come my way, I will stand my ground.” Thanking his fans for all the support throughout the journey, Prakash added in his tweet, “My resolve to fight for secular India will continue. A tough journey has just begun." 

Prakash Raj stood in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections as an independent candidate from Bengaluru Central. However, the actor expressed his disappointment and walked off the interview after knowing that he was trailing behind BJP and Congress. BJP candidate PC Mohan contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Bengaluru Central. Prakash Raj trailing behind at 23,980 votes, according to the Election Commission.  Check out the tweets below:

On the other hand, while people of India are gearing up to celebrate the win of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP),actor Siddharth has made a sarcastic tweet against Modi. The actor wrote about going off twitter if Narendra Modi will not get a second term. 

Rang De Basanti actor Siddharth tweeted, "I hereby solemnly swear that if @narendramodi ji does not get a second term, I will delete my Twitter account permanently. Jai Hind. #AayegaToModiHi (sic)"
