Kajal Aggarwal to miss PM Narendra Modi's oath taking ceremony; Says, 'Feeling terribly bad'

After Bhartiya Janata Party's (BJP) huge win in the Lok Sabha Elections 2019, PM Narendra Modi for the second time after the completion of his 5 year tenure will today take the oath at 7 pm at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi. Bollywood and South Indian celebrities including Shahid Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Anil Kapoor, Rajinikanth, Karan Johar, Hema Malini among many have already headed to the Rashtrapati Bhavan in the Capital where Modi will take the oath. It is one of the much talked about the political event which will also see celebrities in attendance.
Kajal Aggarwal, who was also been invited for Modi's swearing-in ceremony, will unfortunately not attend the event today. The actress took to social media and shared about feeling terrible about not making it to the oath ceremony. Kajal shared the invite and wrote, "Dear sir @narendramodi #PMOIndia and respected #PresidentofIndia @ramnathkovind thank you so much for your kind invite to the Rashtrapati Bhavan for the swearing-in ceremony of our beloved #primeminister . Feeling privileged and honoured upon receiving this, would have loved to witness history in the making! Since my invite arrived very late, couldn’t make it to Delhi in time. Feeling terribly bad about it. More power to you for a glorious term."
Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony will be administered by President Ram Nath Kovind. PM Modi achieved a historic victory and it will be celebrated today yet again as he will take oath today in the presence of many celebrities.
On the work front, Kajal will also be seen in Paris Paris, which is the Tamil remake of Bollywood hit film Queen. The film has been directed by Ramesh Arvind. Queen's remake has been made in four languages- Butterfly (Kannada), Queen Once Again (Telugu), Paris Paris (Tamil) and Zam Zam (Malayalam).
