Jersey actress Shraddha Srinath chooses Nani over Yash; says 'She doesn't know him that well'
Shraddha Srinath aggressively promoted her recently released film, Jersey and during one of the interviews, she was asked to choose between Nani and KGF star Yash. Her reaction has left many amazed.
Actress Shraddha Srinath is currently in a happy phase as her recently released film, Jersey starring Nani in the male lead has received a positive response from the audience and critics alike. Gowtam Tinnanuri's Jersey, which hit the theatres on April 19, is a sports drama. The makers of the film left no stone unturned to promote the film. Shraddha Srinath aggressively promoted the film and during one of the interviews, she was asked to choose between Nani and KGF star Yash, and her reaction has left many amazed.
During the interview, Shraddha was asked to choose between Nani and KGF star Yash, to this she replied, "As a star, I have worked with Nani. Hence, I would choose him over Yash. But, Yash has also worked hard to achieve this stardom. I know how he struggled as a television actor before moving to films. He's showcased the potential of Kannada films to the entire world."
The actress further justified her statement saying, "I have met Yash only once. I do not know him well as a person. And that's why I would choose Nani."
Well, now it remains to see how Rocking star Yash’s fans take this statement of Shraddha Srinath. Yash has gained huge popularity in Kannada cinema and his last film KGF created wonders at the Box Office. In the Southern market, the film did extremely well but in the Northern market, KGF set the Box Office on fire.
The Vikram Vedha actress who has worked in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films, during the same interview was asked to talk about her one favourite industry and she said, "I like all the industries. I treat work professionally. Hence, I wouldn't choose between them. I wouldn't like to choose one industry and lose my fans."
Talking about Shraddha Srinath’s recently released film Jersey, the film has opened to a positive response by the audience. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi's Sithara Entertainments, the movie is directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri. Apart from Nani and Shraddha, Sathyaraj, Sampath Raj, Brahmaji, Subbaraju and Ronit Kamra play crucial roles in the film.
