Indian 2 poster: Here's the truth behind the viral poster of Kamal Haasan starrer
After a fake poster of Shankar's Kamal Haasan starrer Indian 2 went viral on social media, the makers took to Twitter and clarified that it was not the official poster.
Ever since it was announced that Kamal Haasan and Shankar are joining hands for Indian 2, fans haven't been able to keep calm. A supposed poster from the film was circulating on social media. However, the production house has clarified that it's not an authentic one. Taking to Twitter, Lyca Productions wrote, ”This poster of #Indian2 circulating online is not an official one! Neither the production house nor the director & team is involved in this!”

Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet, Siddharth and others are a part of the star cast of Indian 2, which is a sequel to the 1996 blockbuster Indian. While Anirudh Ravichander scores music, Rathnavelu handles cinematography. It is being said that Kajal Aggarwal will be seen in the flashback portions. This was also confirmed by the other heroine, Rakul Preet in an interview. “Kajal is in the flashback portions with Kamal sir. I’m with Siddharth, who plays the younger guy in the present,” she had said.
Rakul also spoke about how she's excited about the project and remarked, “Shankar sir is a visionary, always calm and knows exactly what he wants. Kamal sir is one of the finest actors, I feel blessed to work with them in a film.” Indian – first part was a vigilante film that dealt with Kamal Haasan's character's tryst with corruption. One needs to wait and watch as to what social issue would be taken up in the sequel. Hearsay has it that the movie would be high on political references, considering Ulaganayagan's recent foray into politics.
